Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Impact Europe Ipari Kft website and services. By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
§1Services
Impact Europe provides industrial staffing and workforce management services including skilled worker dispatch, project-based staffing, permanent placement, and comprehensive labor management. Our services are provided in accordance with applicable Hungarian and European Union labor laws.
§2Use of Services
You agree to use our services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You must not use our services in any way that violates applicable laws or regulations, infringes upon the rights of others, or could disable, overburden, or impair our services.
§3Client Obligations
Clients engaging our services agree to provide accurate information about their staffing needs; comply with all applicable labor laws and regulations; provide a safe working environment for dispatched workers; pay agreed-upon fees in a timely manner; and notify us promptly of any issues or concerns.
§4Worker Qualifications
We verify that all workers have the necessary qualifications, certifications, and work permits. However, clients are responsible for ensuring workers receive appropriate site-specific training and supervision.
§5Fees and Payment
Service fees are as agreed upon in individual service contracts. Payment terms are typically net 30 days unless otherwise specified. Late payments may incur interest charges. We reserve the right to suspend services for non-payment.
§6Liability and Indemnification
We maintain appropriate insurance coverage for our staffing services. Our liability is limited to the extent permitted by applicable law. Clients agree to indemnify us against claims arising from their failure to provide a safe working environment or comply with applicable laws.
§7Confidentiality
Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of proprietary information shared during the course of our business relationship. This obligation survives the termination of services.
§8Intellectual Property
All content on our website, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of Impact Europe or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not use our intellectual property without prior written permission.
§9Termination
Either party may terminate services with appropriate notice as specified in individual service contracts. We reserve the right to terminate services immediately for breach of these Terms or non-payment.
§10Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Hungary. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Budapest, Hungary.
§11Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting to our website. Your continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of modified Terms.
